The reservoir grounds and lakes shall be open to the public each day from 4:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and shall be closed to the public from 10:00 p.m. to 4:00 a.m. the following day, all such times to be Eastern Standard Time or Eastern Daylight Time. No person shall enter upon or trespass over the properties comprising the City reservoirs during the hours when the same is closed to pubic use as provided herein and no person shall damage or injure any of the City property comprising the City reservoirs or placed thereon.
