All of the City property comprising the Upper Sandusky reservoirs, including the lands, the impounded water, the dams, the overflows, the valves regulating the flow of water, the driveways, fences, trees and other landscaping, picnic tables, stoves and fireplaces and any and all other incidental property of the City reservoirs shall be operated, controlled, managed and policed by the City employees and police the same as though such property were situated within the corporate limits of the City.
