(a) No beer or intoxicating liquor or any drugs of abuse shall be permitted or consumed on the Parks premises. No person shall be permitted to enter the premises while in an intoxicated condition or under the influence of any drug of abuse or to remain therein.
(b) No person or persons shall drive an automobile, truck, motorcycle, motor- scooter or any other mechanical vehicle over and upon the grass or playing fields within the Parks, except for parking purposes along the roadway or within established and designated parking areas.
(c) No person or persons shall create a commotion or disturbance or otherwise conduct themselves in an unlawful or disorderly manner within the Parks or damage or destroy any of the grass, trees, shrubs, playground equipment or other property within the Parks.
