(a) The opening hour of the Parks shall be 5:00 a.m.
(b) The closing hour of the Parks shall be 10:30 p.m. and activities shall terminate at that hour and all persons therein shall promptly leave the premises and vacate the Parks and no persons shall enter upon the premises or be upon the premises after the closing hour. Any softball game on the lighted diamond in progress before 10:30 p.m. shall be allowed to end and tennis may go on until the end of the game. Fifteen minutes after the softball game is over, the lights shall go out and tennis shall end at that time.
(c) The Park Board may on occasion allow activities to be held during the hours that the Parks are closed, provided approval by the Park Board is obtained prior to the activity.
