(a) A stormwater management plan is required for developments involving 5,000 square feet of earth-disturbing activity or more.
(b) The plan submission shall include but not necessarily be limited to a one-inch = 100 foot scale topographic map with two foot contour intervals, drainage pattern and major soil types information, complete predevelopment and post development drainage calculations and detail engineering drawings, specifications and estimates for the stormwater management control structures and drainage facilities to be constructed as part of the development.
