The Planning Commission shall hold at least one regular meeting in each month during the year except as next follows.
The Planning Commission may provide in its rules, or by a majority vote of the members thereof one month of each year in which no meetings shall be held.
A majority of the members of the Planning Commission shall constitute a quorum.
The secretary of the Commission shall keep an accurate journal of the proceedings and actions of the Planning Commission.
By a majority vote of the members of the Planning Commission rules may be adopted governing the conduct and governance of meetings.
Further by a majority vote of the members of the Planning Commission the Commission may provide for regular and special meetings in addition to the minimum number of meetings required herein, except that such modified rules shall not conflict with the provisions of this Charter or any ordinance adopted by the Council.
