The Treasurer shall be the custodian of all funds of the Municipality, and shall keep the moneys and records thereof, in the manner provided by the Council.
The Treasurer shall pay out money only on warrants issued by the Auditor.
The Treasurer shall perform all other duties now or hereafter imposed on Treasurers of municipal corporations under the laws of the State of Ohio, except as such duties are to be performed by other officers of the Municipality under the provisions of this Charter.
