(a) Effective May 1, 2020, all non-hazardous industrial sewage service shall be billed and collected on a monthly basis, at a rate of $11.50 per 1,000 gallons, with a minimum charge of $23.00 per month.
(b) Effective May 1, 2021, all non-hazardous industrial sewage service shall be billed and collected on a monthly basis, at a rate of $12.50 per 1,000 gallons, with a minimum charge of $25.00 per month.
(c) Effective May 1, 2022, all non-hazardous industrial sewage service shall be billed and collected on a monthly basis, at a rate of $13.50 per 1,000 gallons, with a minimum charge of $27.00 per month.
(d) Effective May 1, 2023, all non-hazardous industrial sewage service shall be billed and collected on a monthly basis, at a rate of $14.50 per 1,000 gallons, with a minimum charge of $29.00 per month.
(e) The Municipality shall have the right, in the event of nonpayment as foresaid, to discontinue service to such premises of water supplied by the Municipality's waterworks system until such delinquent sewer charges have been fully paid.
