SECTION 8.03 DEPARTMENT OF FINANCE.
   The Auditor is to be head of the Department of Finance, and shall have those powers and duties as provided in Article VII in this Charter.
   The Auditor shall hold no municipal elective office, but may be one and the same person as the Clerk of Council. (Amended November 8, 2022.)
