(a) A building permit must be obtained prior to securing the necessary water and sewer taps.
(b) Water and sewer taps are valid for a one year period. If water and sewer taps are not utilized within a one year period the fees paid for those taps will be forfeited, a new application filed, and the appropriate fees will have to be resubmitted.
