(a) The water rate for all future multiple unit dwellings and mobile home parks shall be figured on the residential rates as set forth in Section 933.01. Each multiple unit dwelling or mobile home park may be metered from one meter and charged the minimum rate for the number of units in that dwelling or park. If the water consumption in one single billing period exceeds the maximum of 10,000 gallons per unit, the dwelling or park shall be charged in accordance with the residential rates in Section 933.01.
(b) The Water Billing Department is hereby authorized and instructed to bill the above rates for future multiple unit dwellings and mobile home parks.
