(a) Landlords will be responsible for the payment of their tenant(s) final water bill, including all penalties.
(b) Landlords will be responsible to provide access into residences for connection and disconnection requests. Water/sewer bills will remain in the landlord’s name until such time that access is made by the Water Department.
