The owners of lots in front of which sidewalks, curbing, gutters, culverts or sluice boxes are to be constructed are hereby ordered to have such work done within the time required by the statutes of the State relative thereto, namely, within thirty days from the service of the notice, as set forth in Ohio R.C. 729.02.
