903.04 CURB, SIDEWALK AND GUTTER LOCATION.

The location, line and grade of all curb, gutters and sidewalks to be constructed, replaced or repaired shall be determined and established by the City Engineer or other City official with authority to establish the grade to conform with the street grade.
