901.03 BARRIERS AND WARNING DEVICES.

Any person engaged in or employing others in excavating or opening any street, sidewalk, alley or other public way shall have such excavation or opening adequately protected by suitable barricades and guarded by warning devices or lights at night so that such excavation or opening will not reasonably prove dangerous to persons or animals.
