The fee for licenses shall be as follows: For each circus, carnival, side show, musical or minstrel entertainment or exhibition, fifty dollars ($50.00) for the first day, twenty-five dollars ($25.00) for each day thereafter; provided that such fee shall not amount to more than one hundred and fifty dollars ($150.00) in any one week.
