SECTION 3.02 QUALIFICATIONS.
   The Mayor shall have been a resident and a qualified elector of the Municipality for at least five consecutive years immediately prior to the date of the Mayor's election and shall continue to be a resident and an elector therein throughout the Mayor's term of office.
1)   The Mayor shall hold no other elective public office or any other public employment with the Municipality during such term except as may otherwise be allowed or required in this Charter, and further excepting the office of notary public and membership in the Militia or Reserve Corps, or that of a member of the County Central Committee of the political party of which the Mayor is a member, or that of a delegate to a state or national political party convention of the political party of which the Mayor is a member.
2)   The Mayor shall not be interested in the profits or emoluments of any contract, job, work, or service for the Municipality, except as otherwise provided in this Charter.
3)   The position of Mayor shall be a full-time position and the Mayor during the Mayor's term of office shall hold no "other full-time employment." For purposes of this section "other full-time employment" shall mean either the Mayor's self-employment or the Mayor's employment by others which employment consists of compensated time spent by the Mayor in such employment in excess of fifteen hours per week.
