The inhabitants of the Municipality of Upper Sandusky, Ohio, within the corporate limits as established at the time of the adoption of this Charter, or as thereafter established in the manner provided by law, shall be and continue to be a municipal corporation under the name of "The Municipality of Upper Sandusky." The Municipality, under the Constitution and the laws of Ohio, may also be known as the "City of Upper Sandusky." The provisions of this Charter shall apply accordingly. The corporation for purposes of this Charter will hereinafter be referred to as "the Municipality." (Amended November 8, 2022.)
