§ 34.21 MEETINGS.
   Meetings of the ESC shall be held quarterly in January, April, July and October of each year at the call of the Chair and at such other times as the ESC shall determine. All meetings of the ESC shall be publicly advertised and open to the public. The ESC shall keep records of its meetings and shall make an annual written report to the township, and provide copies of its minutes to the township once approved.
