§ 34.19 TOWNSHIP EMERGENCY MANAGEMENT COORDINATOR.
   The Township Emergency Management Coordinator or his or her Deputy shall act as the permanent Chair of the ESC, who shall annually during the first meeting of each year appoint a Vice-Chairperson from one of the three residents designated by the Board, and also appoint a Secretary from the membership of the ESC. In the absence of the Township Emergency Management Coordinator and his or her Deputy or a vacancy in their office, then the resident members shall appoint a Vice-Chairperson from one of the three resident members designated by the Board and also appoint a Secretary from the membership of the ESC.
