§ 33.01 COMMITTEE ESTABLISHED.

   A Handicapped Nondiscrimination Committee is hereby established, to be chaired by the Handicapped Nondiscrimination Coordinator and with the following additional members:

   (A)   A taxpayer who is handicapped;

   (B)   A taxpayer;

   (C)   A supervisory employee of the township; and

   (D)   A department head.
