§ 31.36 ORDER OF BUSINESS.

   The order of business at meetings of the OSC shall consist of the following:

   (A)   Roll call;

   (B)   Public comments;

   (C)   Review of minutes of prior meeting and action thereon;

   (D)   Report of officers;

   (E)   Old business;

   (F)   New business; and

   (G)   Adjournment.
