The Board hereby establishes the creation of the Upper Milford Township Open Space Committee (hereinafter “OSC”). The OSC shall be composed of nine residents of the township, at least one member of which shall be a then current member of the Township Planning Commission, the Environmental Advisory Council (township member), the Township Recreation Commission and the Township Agricultural Security Area Advisory Committee. OSC members shall be appointed by the Board and shall serve a term of three years, except that the terms of the initial members appointed shall be staggered as follows: three members shall initially serve through the first Monday in January of 2009; three members shall serve through the first Monday in January of 2010; and three members shall serve through the first Monday in January of 2011. Any vacancies shall be filled by the Board as soon as practicable such that the new appointee shall fill the unexpired term of the member creating the vacancy.
