§ 31.08 DISSOLUTION OF JOINT ENVIRONMENTAL ADVISORY COUNCIL.
   If either the Borough of Emmaus or Upper Milford Township determines that future participation in the Environmental Advisory Council is no longer beneficial, either may jointly or separately repeal this subchapter with written notice of same.
