§ 151.032 APPEALS OF ACTION OR DECISION.
   (A)   Any person aggrieved by an action or decision of the Zoning Officer, and Building Code Official refusing to grant a modification to the provisions of this chapter covering the development of land or the manner of construction or materials to be used in the erection, alternation, modification and the like of a building or structure, or by any of the requirements of this chapter, may appeal to the Zoning Hearing Board. Such appeal must be filed, in writing, within 30 days after the decision or action of the Zoning Officer and Building Code Official.
   (B)   Upon receipt of such appeal, the Zoning Hearing Board shall set a time and place within not less than ten nor more than 30 days, for the purpose of considering the appeal. Notice of the time and place at which the appeal will be considered shall be given to all parties.
   (C)   Any person aggrieved by an decision of the Zoning Hearing Board may seek relief therefrom by appeal to the Court of Common Pleas as provided by the laws of this commonwealth including the Pennsylvania Floodplain Management Act, being 32 P.S. §§ 679.101 et seq.
