§ 150.22 ACCESSIBILITY.
   The Board may not act upon appeals, requests for variance or extension of time relating to accessibility issues under the Act or Code. Such appeals, requests for variance and/or extensions of time relating to accessibility shall be brought before the Accessibility Advisory Board as provided by law.
