The Board, itself, shall consist of a total of five members. No member of the Board of Appeals may cast a vote or participate in any hearing on an appeal, request for a variance or request for an extension of time in which he or she has a personal, professional and/or financial interest. The Board shall schedule meetings and provide public notice of such meetings in accordance with the provisions of the Sunshine Act, 65 Pa.C.S.A. §§ 701 et seq. Three members of the Board shall constitute a quorum.
