(A) Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
(B) Any person violating any of the provisions of § 130.01 shall, upon conviction thereof, be subject to a fine of not more than $300, plus costs, and in default of payment thereof, shall be imprisoned in the county jail for a period not exceeding 30 days.
