§ 113.99 PENALTY.
   Any person or persons, firm, corporation or other entity who shall fail to comply with the provisions of this chapter, or provide any false information shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $300 and/or be sentenced to a term of imprisonment not exceeding ten days.
