Any person violating any provisions of this chapter shall, upon conviction by summary proceedings before a District Judge, be subject to a fine of not less than $100 nor more than $300 plus costs of prosecution, any monies collected as fines under this chapter to be for the use of the township; provided, that each day’s violation shall constitute a separate offense.
