§ 112.07 ENFORCEMENT.
   (A)   The Board may from time to time adopt regulations to carry out the provisions of this chapter upon giving notice to the licensees affected by such regulations, a copy of such regulations to be furnished to the licensees at the expense of the township.
   (B)   The township will appoint an officer as a Junkyard Ordinance Enforcement Officer.
