§ 112.01 DEFINITIONS.
   For the purpose of this chapter, the following definitions shall apply unless the context clearly indicates or requires a different meaning.
   AUTOMOBILE. Any and all types of motor vehicles, including self-propelled machinery of all kinds with the exception of useable farm machinery.
   BOARD. The Board of Supervisors of Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
   JUNK. Any and all discarded material or articles; including scrap metal, junk motor vehicles, glass, industrial waste, paper, abandoned machinery, equipment, containers, structures, used plumbing supplies and other used building materials.
   JUNK DEALER. Any person who buys, sells, salvages, stores or in any other way deals in junk or owns, leases, operates or maintains a junkyard within the township.
   JUNKYARD. Any place where any junk as hereinbefore defined, is stored, disposed of or accumulated. Any premises as herein defined having two or more unlicensed autos thereon shall, in any event, be deemed a JUNKYARD.
   PERSON. Any natural person, partnership, firm, corporation, or other legal entity, including singular and plural, male and female.
   PREMISES. Any parcel of land situate in Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania, having a separate tax map parcel number for county assessment purposes.
   TOWNSHIP. Upper Milford Township, Lehigh County, Pennsylvania.
