(A) Keys to locked points of ingress or egress, whether on the interior or exterior of such buildings;
(B) Keys to any mechanical and boiler rooms;
(C) Keys to any electrical rooms;
(D) Keys to any elevator and its control room;
(E) Keys to any fire alarm panels;
(F) Keys to any fenced or secured areas on the property;
(G) Keys (special) to re-set pull stations or other fire protective devices;
(H) Keys to any other areas as requested by the jurisdictional Fire Department Chief;
(I) Locations of all utility and fire protection controls (electric, gas, water, sprinkler/fire suppression control valves);
(J) A card containing a minimum of three emergency contact names and phone numbers for each contact;
(K) Each key lock box shall be clearly labeled for easy identification; and
(L) Where a building contains a business that is required to maintain material safety data sheets, a lock box document vault shall be installed on the front of the building at the height and location as referenced in the preceding sections, unless different location and installation specifications are approved by the jurisdictional Fire Department Chief. The vault shall contain copies of the material safety data sheets that are required to be on file within the building as well as a floor plan or written description that indicates the location of the general areas containing said materials.
