(A) The owner of any structure or property required to have a key lock box shall ensure that the keys contained within the lock box are current and provide access to all required areas within the structure or property, and immediately place the keys for any locks, doors, gates or panels within the lock box.
(B) The owner of any structure or property required to have a key lock box shall provide the Jurisdictional Fire Chief with current contact information including the owner’s name; address; and facsimile, telephone, mobile phone and page numbers. Any change in information must be provided in writing to the jurisdictional Fire Chief at least 48 hours in advance of the change occurring, along with the date such change will take place.
