(A) All officers and employees of the township shall be reimbursed at the then prevailing Internal Revenue Service mileage reimbursement rate for the use of a personal vehicle when required and actually used for authorized township business.
(B) All such requests for reimbursement shall be submitted on a prescribed form to the Township Secretary who shall be responsible for submitting the formal request to the Board of Supervisors for their approval.
