§ 90.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person, firm, corporation or utility which shall violate any of the provisions of § 90.01 shall be subject, upon conviction before a District Justice, to pay a fine of not more than $100 and cost of prosecution, and in default of the payment of such fine and costs to imprisonment in the county jail for not more than five days.
   (C)   Any person, firm or corporation violating the terms and conditions of any permit issued in § 90.02, including any regulations applicable thereto, shall upon conviction thereof before a District Justice be sentenced to pay a fine of not less than $50 nor more than $300 together with costs of prosecution, or in default thereof to undergo imprisonment in county prison for not more than 30 days.
