§ 30.05 SELLING OF PERSONAL PROPERTY.
   (A)   The Board of Supervisors shall notify the Township Manager whenever they desire to sell personal property, either individual items or lots of items, the fair market of which is estimated to be less than $1,000.
   (B)   The Township Manager shall arrange for the sale of the personal property and is authorized to sell on behalf of the township, such personal property by whatever means he or she deems in the best interests of the township.
   (C)   Following the sale, the Township Manager shall make a report to the Board of Supervisors of the results of the sale.
