(A) (1) “No Parking” signs shall be erected in and along the restricted area designated above, at reasonable intervals, to serve as public notice for the parking prohibition.
(2) The township, through its Supervisors, agents and representatives, shall have the right to tow and remove any violating motor vehicles from the prohibited parking area, with the cost of the towing and removing being sustained and paid for by the owner or owners of such motor vehicles.
(3) Any person who shall violate this schedule shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $25 in costs of prosecution for each and every offense, and in default of payment shall be committed to the county prison for a term not exceeding five days. Each day’s continuance of this offense shall constitute a new offense.
(B) (1) *The Superintendent of Roads shall establish appropriate signage and/or markers to be erected to serve as public notice of the parking prohibition.
(2) Any person who shall violate the provisions of this regulations concerning Ridgeway Drive and Pine Street shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine not exceeding $15, together with the costs of prosecution, and, in default of payment, shall be committed to the county prison for a term not exceeding five days. Each days continuance of this offense shall constitute a new offense.
(3) In addition to the above penalties, the township, through its Supervisors, agents and representatives, including the state police, shall have the right to tow and remove any violating motor vehicle from the restricted parking area, with the cost of the towing and removal being sustained and paid for by the owner or owners of such motor vehicle.
