Any person who violates this speed limit shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of $35. Any person exceeding the maximum speed limit by more than 5 mph shall pay an additional fine of $2 per mile for each mile in excess of 5 mph over the maximum speed limit. The Superintendent of Roads and/or Roadmasters are directed to post on a fixed or variable traffic-control devices the above speed limit at the beginning and end of the speed zone and at intervals not greater than one-half mile. | ||||
