§ 70.99 PENALTY.
   (A)   Any person violating any provision of this chapter, for which no other penalty is provided, shall be subject to the penalty provisions of § 10.99.
   (B)   Any person who violates any provisions of § 70.01 shall, upon conviction, be sentenced to pay a fine of not more than $500 per day per offense, plus costs of prosecution.
