§ 53.09 ABATEMENT OF NUISANCES.
   In addition to any other remedies provided in this chapter, any violation of §§ 53.05 and 53.06 shall constitute a nuisance and may be abated by the township or, if delegated by the township to the authority, the authority by either seeking mitigation of the nuisance or appropriate equitable or legal relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
