(A) The authority is hereby authorized and empowered to enforce the provisions of this chapter and to adopt such rules and regulations concerning sewage, which it may deem necessary from time to time to effect the purposes herein.
(B) The authority is hereby authorized and empowered to take such other actions as are necessary including, but not limited to, entering into agreements with property owners that ensure proper operation and maintenance of sewage facilities within the authority’s service area, including, but not limited to, the customer lateral which shall include the sewage grinder pumps.
(C) The township agrees to assist the authority in performance of these delegated powers if and when necessary, or when requested by the authority.
