Any and all ordinances and resolutions heretofore enacted by the Board of Commissioners providing for pensions and/or retirement benefits for police officers employed by the township are hereby repealed, and any ordinance or resolution or any part thereof conflicting with the provisions of this pension plan shall be, and the same are, hereby repealed insofar as the same affects this pension plan. Any police officer who shall have terminated employment before the effective date of this pension plan and any dependent or beneficiary shall be entitled to the benefits, if any, they were previously receiving.
