DISPOSITION LIST
§ A261-78. Participation in other contribution plans during limitation years.
If in any limitation year a member is also a participant in one or more defined contribution plans sponsored by the township, the annual benefit referred to in §§ A261-79 and A261-80 shall be reduced, if necessary, so that the sum of the fractions described in §§ A261-79 and A261-80 do not exceed 1.0 for such limitation year.
