§ A261-77. Annual additions.
   A.   The annual additions under any defined contribution plan shall not exceed the lesser of:
      (1)   Thirty thousand dollars or, if greater, one-quarter of the dollar limitation in effect under Section 415(b)(1)(A) of the Internal Revenue Code; or
      (2)   Twenty-five percent of such member's limitation compensation for the year.
   B.   "Annual additions" shall mean the sum of:
      (1)   Employer contributions.
      (2)   Forfeitures.
      (3)   The member's own after-tax contributions.
