§ A261-44. Vesting requirements.

A terminated member may vest his accrued normal retirement benefit if he satisfies the following requirements:

   A.   The member has completed 12 years of service prior to his termination of employment.

   B.   The member files a written notice with the Pension Committee within 90 days of the date the member terminates his employment with the township expressing his intention to vest.
