No Trustee shall be liable for any act or omission of any other Trustee, nor for any act or omission on his own part excepting only his own willful misconduct. The township shall indemnify and save harmless claims or liabilities arising from acting as a Pension Committee Trustee, excepting only expenses and liabilities arising out of the Trustee's own willful misconduct. Trustees shall serve without bond.
