§ A261-14. Membership of the Pension Committee.

The Pension Committee shall consist of five Trustees as follows:

   A.   The President of the Board of Commissioners or an individual appointed by the Board of Commissioners.

   B.   The Township Manager.

   C.   The Township Finance Director.

   D.   Two police officers elected by a majority vote of the members of the pension plan.
