The MG Maple Glen Overlay District shall be deemed an overlay on any zoning district now or hereafter applicable to any
located within the District. Property may be developed either under the provisions of the underlying district or under the provisions of the MG Maple Glen Overlay District except for the design regulations, which shall be applicable to all nonresidential
in this District. Where the provisions of this article and the provisions in the underlying zoning district conflict, the provisions of this article shall apply.
