§ 255-141.1.   Handicapped-accessible parking.
[Added 6-14-1994 by Ord. No. 868]
Handicapped-accessible shall be provided on any site in accordance with current federal and state regulations. This is a minimum requirement which should be increased if required by federal or state regulations or if the owner or operator of a site determines that there is such a need.
